Monitoring

In order to ensure we can control the quality of our services we monitor all systems internally from our central monitoring station. Each system is only as good as the monitoring it receives, so we employ fully SIA licensed staff to make sure the level of service you receive exceeeds all expectations.
From our central station we monitor systems nationwide, providing a completely transparent service. The system records each event, logs the time every alarm is received and stores each action taken. This data is made available to you online for analysis at any time.
Our monitoring staff perform regular system health checks, take alarms and respond to events live. We never use recorded messages and should an incident occur a full report is produced and sent to site within 24hours.
