Issues with sub-contractors or delivery companies. With our systems allowing you to review archive footage we can quickly establish what events have occurred on site.
We recently had an incident in which a large amount of materials were claimed to of been delivered by a supplier directly to site. As we had a fixed camera to monitor all traffic into site we were able to quickly view the footage and clarify the fact that no delivery had been made. With one simple email including the footage our customer was able to resolve the problem.
